Julie Quinn
Executive Director

Julie comes to Footesteps as our first Executive Director. She has a wealth of experience spanning over 35 years in health and social care. As a clinician, she worked in the NHS in a variety of settings delivering patient care and leading organisations. She has also led charitable and social enterprises as well as successful private sector services.

Passionate about quality care she has developed a keen interest in risk management and improved safety. As an advocate for minority groups, Julie is particularly invested in improving conditions for night workers. She lends her voice to those who work ‘the forgotten shift’ and seeks recognition and improved safety for them and those they care for.
